As a move to revive the hurting tourism of Egypt, the world’s tallest man and the shortest woman were invited to visit the country.
Last Friday, January 26, Sultan Kosen, 36, who stand eight-feet-three-inches; and Jyoti Amge, 24, who stands 24 inches visited the Pyramids of Giza and had a photo ops there.
According to Egypt’s tourism minister, the two are also set to visit other famous sites of the country.
The tourism of Egypt experiences serious setbacks since the Egyptian revolution that ousts autocrat Hosni Mubarak from the office in 2011.
However, it is surviving especially after several celebrities like actors Will Smith and Kourtney Kardashian, and Argentinian football player Lionel visited the country and uploaded several photos on their corresponding social media accounts.
The Pyramids of Egypt is the only remaining in the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. They were constructed around 2630 BC–2611 BC as tombs of the pharaohs.
