On Tuesday morning guards of the said Pasay condo building saw dangling feet from the terrace of a unit. Ricky Agana, a resident, helped her.
“Her intention was to escape. She was trying to open the door sa veranda. Nung ino-open na niya iyung veranda, lumabas iyung paa niya. Yung security guard yata napansin niya na may lumabas na paa at may humihilang lalaki,” said Agana.
The security and police were alerted and rescued the victim, who was reported missing the day before.
We started the operation last night. Glenn Dumlao.
The victim is a 48-year-old Singaporean who is frequent player of a casino.
The suspects will go around a casino to look for a losing player. Then, they will allure that person into a loan. Then, he will be kidnapped and will contact the family for a ransom.
