Suspect In Horacio Castillo's Death Now In America; Once Arrested Because Of Frat War

The Bureau of Immigration confirmed that one of the primary suspects in the death of Horacio Castillo III is now out of the country.
Ralph Trangia was able to go out of the country a day before his name was brought to the lookout bulletin along with the other members of the Aegis Juris Fraternity.
Based on the records, Trangia took a flight to Taipei, Taiwan and then to America.
The Manila Police District (MPD) said this action by Trangia means that he is guilty of the crime. The officials also did a background check on him and it turned out that in 2016, he was involved in a frat war.
As of the current, the PNP is communicating with the international agencies to monitor the actions of Trangia. The court has yet to issue a warrant of arrest against him.
The MPD said, John Paul Solano the other primary suspect is still in the Philippines. It came to their knowledge that he is hiding inside the property of another fraternity member.
The security guard of the Chinese General Hospital confirmed that Solana was the person who brought the body of Castillo in the hospital.
