Rapist-Killer of 1-Year-Old Identified

The Philippine National Police (PNP) in San Juan revealed the identity of the man who raped and killed a one-year-old.
Last week, a baby was found dead under a parked passenger jeepney along Don Ejercito Steet in Barangay Tibagan, San Juan. The baby was presumed raped after the authorities found lacerations of her genital.
Based on the medico legal of the baby, the cause of death was “Blunt traumatic injury to the abdomen; lacerated liver.” The findings also found that the child was indeed raped due to “clear evidence of blunt force or penetrating trauma to the hymen.”
The baby was laid into rest just days after she was found dead.
The suspect was even caught by a CCTV footage of a nearby store while carrying the baby just few meters away where she was found dead. The munhant for the man was immediately launched.
Now the PNP, San Juan Chapter have released the photo of the suspect. The local government unit (LGU) of San Juan have also announced a P100,000 reward money for whosoever can give information leading to the arrest of rapist-killer.
How does the PNP came up with picture? P03 Ryan Farinas, the official who handles the case said a combination of witness testimonies and based on the CCTV. The witness noted that the man was a sidewalk vendor in the place who also use to roam around. He is also a former employee of a machine shop who was fired after stealing.
The officials declined to release the name of the suspect.
