A police officer from the St. Louis Country is now getting the thumbs up from the citizens coming around the world for his simple but touching gesture.
Officers Abenet Carper and Sgt. Howard Marshall were patrolling at a subway station when a man, wearing a polo and pants, approached them. He was carrying a tie and confessed that he doesn’t know how to knot it. He said he is going for a job interview.
Marshall took the tie, knot it around his neck and then handed the tie back to the man taught him how to do it.
Carper caught the heart-warming gesture on camera and uploaded it online. The moment, as of the writing, already has more than 3,500 shares and 13k reactions.
