On September 19, Noel Guevarra and his company were caught under the thunderstorm that prompted them to take shelter along San Miguel in Tarlac.
They noticed a man offering his huge umbrella to bring them to different areas. He and his friends were brought to Robinson and while they were walking the man said it’s ok to get wet so he can help others.
Noel said he was amazed at how the man went back and forth to bring people to different nearby areas.
After 30 minutes, Noel went to him and handed him money for his snack.
Noel said he felt the sincerity of the man in helping others. He noted that it’s obvious on his face that he is happy with what he was doing.
