This month, an alleged photo scandal of Kiefer Ravena surfaced.
Kiefer, as well as his family, were silent about it. However, it turned out that they were just seeking the help of the authorities after a man tried to extort him.
The Philippine National Police Anti-Cyber Crime Group launched an entrapment operation leading to the arrest of Kristoffer Monico Ng. Kiefer confirmed this via a statement on Wednesday afternoon.
“We’ve been silent the past couple of weeks because my parents have been consulting with law enforcement to get to the bottom of this matter,” said Kiefer, who just arrived on Tuesday.
“Now that we have the first suspect under the PNP’s custody, we hope to get more leads and information so justice will be served, and harassment and blackmailing such as this would end,” Kiefer added.
Ng, on the other hand, denied that he is the person behind the release of the alleged leaked nude lewd photos. He said he was just giving information in exchange to money.
Kiefer didn’t deny or confirm the lewd photos.
Kiefer is in the country and will now suit up for Alab Pilipinas in the ASEAN Basketball League. Since graduating last year, he lived in USA, trying his luck in the NBA D-League.
