KZ Now Back In Ph After Successful Debut In Singers 2018

KZ Tandingan is now in Manila after she gave honors to the country for clinching the first place in the fifth episode of Singers 2018.
Upon arriving at the airport, Tandingan agreed with an ambush interview. She said, until now, she is still on cloud nine.
“Parang nakalutang pa rin ako. Hindi pa rin ako makapaniwala na nangyari ‘yun. ‘Yung fact pa lang na na-invite ka to perform doon, out of the many singers they could have chosen, sobrang saya,”
Tandingan is now taking a break after she finished taping for the sixth episode. She said she again did a performance that she never did in the past.

“I’’m gonna do something I’ve never done before. I’m gonna sing something I’ve never sung before. Ito yata ang isa sa pinakamahirap kong ginawa sa buong career ko,” said KZ.
When asked about Jessie J, KZ said they were like “soul sisters.” She said they became close because they were the only non-Chinese in the competition.
KZ said she didn’t expect anything in the competition. What she only wanted is to make the Filipinos proud.
In the latest episode, KZ sang her electric version of “Rolling in the Deep” wherein she receive a standing ovation. It was enough for her to win.
