The Star Cinema has yet to inform Chito Roño on the showing of his masterpiece “Ghost Bride.”
This movie stars Kim Chiu, Matteo Guidicelli, and Christian Bables and was shot in Nepal.
It has been announced that JC Santos is also included in the cast. But, he was removed. Chito Roño explained that there is no bad blood between him and the actor. In fact, he is the main choice for the role. However, it didn’t push through because of schedule conflicts.
“Well, magulo kami kasi nga, na-move nang na-move yung kanyang schedule.
When JC was ok with his schedule, the team were advised of not going to Nepal since it’s election time. Their first schedule in the country was during a religious festival.
Kasi pumunta yata yung pinaka-cardinal nila,” Roño said.
The veteran director said he is still hopeful in working with JC.
