Four Female Snatchers Arrested In Manila

The officers of the Manila Police District (MPD) arrested four female snatchers who preyed on a poor Japanese woman in Intramuros, Manila.

The suspects were identified as Gina Pusing, 47, of Parañaque City; Elma Matas, 38, of Quezon province; Luciano Lopez, 49, of Bacoor, Cavite and Rosalie Sison, 39, of Quezon City were arrested after the officials of the MPD responded to a scream.

They are now facing robbery-snatching charges before the Manila Prosecutors Office.

The victim, identified as 40-year-old Naoko Saito, narrated to Senior Police Office 1 Mark Xyrus Santos of MPD Station 5, that she was walking at the corner of Muralla and General Luna Streets in Intramuros, Manila at around 1:00 when the suspects forcibly took her bag.

Her bag contained expensive cellphone, $200, credit card, makeup kit, and electronic dictionary.
