Family Surrenders Shabu And Gun Owned By Arrested Father

Due to fears of getting arrested, the family members of an arrested personality surrendered the shabu and gun.
Based on the report by Quezon City Police Station 3 Commander Police Superintendent Danilo Mendoza that was submitted to QCPD Director Chief Supt. Guillermo Lorenzo Eleazar, about 12:00 p.m., the mother, and son surrendered the prohibited substance and firearms.
Joy Haldos, 42, and her son, 16, of Everlasting St., Brgy. Pasong Tamo, QC, informed Barangay Chairman Emmanuel Pilar of the 11 pieces of plastics containing shabu as well as .45 caliber gun with four bullets. The chairman then informed the officials of the said station.
Mendoza said the items were owned by Joseph Haldos Sr., who was arrested last April 1 due to illegal drugs. He has been detained in QCPD Station 4.
