The Interpol has placed Dalia Pastor into its list of wanted persons.
Pastor is the wife of the international racer Enzo Pastor, who was ambushed by two gunmen in Quezon City.
Last week, The Quezon City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 91 issued an arrest warrant against Dalia for her involvement in the killing.
According to reports, Dalia and suspect Domingo De Guzman are having affair when the killing happened. A housemaid of the Pastor family confirmed that De Guzman use to visit and accused them of having sexual intercourse whenever Enzo was out of the country for international tilts.
Dalia, who had been hiding, is facing parricide. De Guzman and the alleged hit man Police Officer 2 Edgar Angel are facing murder.
The listing describes Pastor as a Filipino with blonde hair and green eyes who is “wanted by the judicial authorities of the Philippines for prosecution.”
The Philippine Star earlier reported that according to sources, Dalia left the Philippines in September 2014, which is three months after her husband was killed. Reportedly, she is now in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.
Atty. Ruy Rondain, the legal counsel of Dalia, said she has gone hiding to prove her innocence in the case.
“I will not advise her either way, but I do not think Dahlia is inclined to surrender. Remember that this is a non-bailable case and the evidence, or lack of it, shows she is innocent. She feels that there is a failure in the system if an innocent person like herself maybe imprisoned even temporarily,” said Rondain.
