‘Daisy’s Destruction’ Maker Slapped With Multiple Lawsuits

Peter Scully, the Australian national who made the gruesome video “Daisy’s Destruction” was charged with multiple charges before the Philippine court.
In February 2015, Scully was arrested and presented to the media by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). He was the main man in the physical and sexual abuse of children, aged one to 13. The acts were recorded and uploaded online.
The infamous “Daisy’s Destruction” was considered as one of the most-violent sexual abuse inflicted on children. It involves torture, whipping and other depraved sexual acts.
The NBI Anti Human Trafficking Division (NBI-AHTRAD) filed a 16-page complaint against Scully and his live in partner Liezyl Margallo for the following:
- murder, punishable under Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code;
- violation of Republic Act (RA) No. 8353 (Anti-Rape Law of 1997);
- violation of RA No. 9208 (Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003);
- violation of RA No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012);
- and violation of RA No. 7160 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act of 1992).
Other personalities charges are Filipinos Alexander Lao and Althea Chia, and German Christian Rouche.
Scully was wanted by the Interpol for the said videos containing “serious sexual abuses and physical torture on children believed to be from the Philippines by an unidentified Asian-looking woman and her unidentified male Caucasian accomplice.”
The Interpol, Philippine officials as well as police of the Netherlands started the investigation. It was then fast-tracked by a pending case against the suspect before the Cagayan de Oro Regional Trial Court (RTC) for the sexual and physical abuse of two Filipina girls – known as “Apovel Case” – that reportedly having been committed at Apovel Subdivision in Barangay Buluan.
The two victims were able to escape and narrated the stories to their parents leading to the filing of the case. The RTC had issued six arrest warrants against Scully in connection with the “Apovel Case.”
Scully’s cohort in the incidents, Carmen Ann Alvarez, was nabbed and detained at the Cagayan de Oro City Jail. The NBI-AHTRAD secured her cooperation, which led to the examination of his hard drives by the Australian Federal Police (AFP).
The NBI-AHTRAD agents were able to locate Margallo on February 19, 2015 as she was about to depart from Cagayan de Oro. In February 22, Scully was arrested.
Margallo testified that Scully sexually and physically abused the girl, and Scully and Rouche “both sexually abuse the girl ‘Barbie.'” Barbie was later killed and buried in the kitchen house in Surigao they rented. She also accompanied the authorities where the bones exhumed.
Margllo also admitted to bringing children to love with her and Scully and performing to one of the videos that are being investigated.
