Actress Cristine Reyes said she learned to keep quiet after her highly-publicized rift with veteran actress Vivian Velez.
“I guess it’s better to be just quiet,” said Reyes in an interview with Boy Abunda. She however refused to elaborate the topic.
On March, Velez took on her Facebook account to announce her “irrevocable resignation” from the show “Tubig at Langis” claiming that she was disrespected by Reyes.
Reyes, on the other hand, noted that Velez’ character was already set to be killed because of the attitude problem that the officials of the show use to receive. She also denied that she was the one who asked the crew to remove Velez in her dressing room.
“It saddens me that I’m being used in this particular situation of hers. Sana if ever na mag-settle na lahat ng emotions niya ay maisip niya at ma-realize niya na we all know the truth,” Reyes said.
Not a Jealous Girl
In the same interview, Velez said she was never jealous of her husband’s co-workers. She noted that the girls use to respect her and wanted to be friends with her.
“Hindi naman. Very friendly naman iyong mga girls. Pag nakikita nila ako, lumalapit naman sila sa akin,” said Reyes.
