Beyonce Is Declared As Highest-Paid Woman In Music 2017

Forbes Magazine declared Beyonce as the highest-paid woman in the music industry for the year 2017.
Beyonce, who is known to her fans as “Queen Bey,” earned an estimated $105 million (pre tax). Her album entitled “Lemonade” was a hit to both ordinary people and critics.
Adele, who won the Academy Award for Album of the Year, came in second with $69 million, which was “boosted by seven-figure nightly grosses on her first proper tour since 2011.”
Taylor Swift ranked third with $44 million. However, her earnings are expected to boost in the because of her incoming concerts and a new album entitled “Reputation.”

Forbes came up with the list by collecting data from managers, agents, lawyers and some stars from June 2016 to 2017. It also looked at the data provided by Pollstar, the Recording Industry Association of America and tracking firm Nielsen Sound Scan.
